Host Responsiblilty
|
|
1. Contact a District representative to sign up for open dates. |
|
2. Provide dinner meal that does not exceed $7. |
|
3. Take reservations for the meal. (Note-meal not intended as a fund-raiser for your men's group.) |
|
4. Promote meeting by calling and sending letters to men's fellowships. |
|
5. Provide sound system. |
|
6. Provide baskets/plates to take up money in support of district activities. |
|
